RECOSCAPE INC. (the "Company") sets out this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in "Kemonofu Ninja Card Battle" (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
The Service may collect the following information.
- Firebase Authentication UID (generated automatically by anonymous sign-in)
- Information from linked external accounts (when you use a Google account or Sign in with Apple: account identifier, email address and name. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email", the relay address)
- The player name (nickname) you set
- Gameplay data (deck composition, records, koban and magatama held, etc.)
- Device information (OS, device model, app version, language, region)
- Log information (error logs, crash reports, usage statistics)
- IP address and the approximate location (country/region) inferred from it
- In-app activity (screens viewed, battles started and their results, card packs opened, shop views, etc.)
- Advertising identifiers (Android advertising ID, Firebase app instance ID). The iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow tracking (not currently collected)
We do not collect phone numbers, postal addresses or payment information. Your name is obtained only when you link a Google or Apple account, to the extent provided by the identity provider.
2. How We Use Information
- Providing, maintaining and improving the game
- Saving and restoring game data in the cloud
- Detecting and preventing misuse
- Troubleshooting and customer support
- Statistical analysis (in a form that does not identify individuals)
- Serving ads, counting impressions and measuring ad performance
3. Disclosure to Other Users (Ranking)
In the ranking, your player name, level, records (wins/losses, win rate, rank score) and the deck shown as an opponent (6 of your cards) are visible to other users of the Service. Do not use your real name or other information you do not want others to know as your player name. You can change your player name at any time from the settings screen.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
The Company does not share collected information with third parties except in the following cases.
- With your consent
- When disclosure is required by law
- To the extent necessary for our service providers (cloud services, etc.)
The Service uses the following third-party services, which handle information under their own privacy policies.

5. Advertising
The Service displays ads as a means of providing it free of charge. Ad networks may use advertising identifiers to show ads based on your interests (personalized ads). The Company never provides personally identifying information such as your name to ad networks. The Android advertising ID may also be used for usage analysis.
You can turn off personalized ads at any time from your device settings.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Google → All services → Privacy & security → Ads → delete advertising ID (the path varies by device; search for "ads" in Settings)
Ads will still be shown after opting out, but they will no longer be based on your interests.
If you use the Service in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent to the use of personal data for advertising before any ads are loaded (using Google's consent management tool). No ads are loaded until you make a choice. If you do not consent, we show ads that are not based on your personal data. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Ad privacy settings.
6. Transfer to Third Parties Abroad
The Company entrusts operation of the Service to Google LLC (United States). Your information is processed and stored on servers located in the United States for authentication, database, functions, analytics and crash reporting.
The United States is not designated by the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan as a country with a level of protection equivalent to Japan. For information on its data protection regime, please refer to the Commission's published materials.

The Company has entered into a data processing agreement including standard contractual clauses with Google LLC and takes measures to continuously maintain a framework that meets the standards of Article 28 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Details of these measures are available on request at the contact below.
7. Data Storage
Game data is stored in the cloud in Firebase Firestore. Some settings are stored in local storage on the device (Hive). Deleting the app removes local data, but cloud data is retained until a deletion request is received.
8. Data Protection
The Company takes appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss or alteration of user information. However, complete security of communication over the Internet cannot be guaranteed.
9. Deleting Your Account and Data
You can delete your account and stored game data at any time from "Delete account" at the bottom of Settings → Account in the app. If you have already deleted the app, use the request page below or contact us. Please include the UID shown on the settings screen. We delete the data within 7 days of confirming your request. Deletion permanently removes all cards, koban, magatama and records, and cannot be undone. Records that must be kept by law may be retained only for the required period.

10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. If a child under 13 has provided information by mistake, parents or guardians should contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
The Company may change this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
