These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the smartphone game "Kemonofu Ninja Card Battle" (the "Service") provided by RECOSCAPE INC. (the "Company"). Please read the Terms before using the Service.
Article 1 (Overview of the Service)
The Service is a card battle game in which you collect and build decks of cards and battle against the AI. Players obtain cards from card packs, build decks and take on ranked battles.
Article 2 (Accounts)
On first launch the Service automatically creates an anonymous account. In this state, deleting the app makes the data unrecoverable. Linking a Google account or Apple ID from the settings screen saves your game data to the cloud so it carries over to a new device. Misuse of accounts and creating multiple accounts are prohibited.
To delete your account and game data, contact us at the address in Article 10. Deletion permanently removes all cards, koban, magatama and records, and cannot be undone.
Article 3 (In-game Currency and Items)
The Service has no in-app purchases. In-game currency such as koban and magatama is obtained free of charge through play and watching ads, and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else of monetary value. Card pack drop rates follow the probabilities disclosed in the game. In-game currency and items are non-refundable.
Article 4 (Advertising)
The Service may display advertisements as a means of providing it free of charge. Ad content is determined by the ad network, and the Company is not responsible for advertisers or the content of ads. Handling of ads is described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
- Using cheat tools or tampering programs
- Reverse engineering or decompiling
- Harassing or defaming other players
- Buying or selling accounts or items for profit
- Commercial use without the Company's prior consent
- Any act that violates these Terms or applicable law
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the content of the Service (images, audio, text, programs, etc.) belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, copying or modification is prohibited.
Article 7 (Changes to and Termination of the Service)
The Company may change, add to or remove parts of the Service without prior notice, and may terminate the Service at its discretion. Any compensation for in-game currency and items upon termination will be announced separately.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for damage to users arising from interruption or failure of the Service, data loss or the like, except where caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence. The Service is provided "as is".
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to these Terms.
