How to delete your account and stored game data for "Kemonofu Ninja Card Battle" (RECOSCAPE INC.).
From the app
If you still have the app, this is the fastest way.
- Open the app and choose "Settings" from the menu at the top right of the home screen
- Tap the red "Delete Account" at the bottom of the "Account" section
- Two confirmation screens appear. Read them and choose "Delete"
If you have already deleted the app
Email us at the address below with the subject "Account deletion request". We reply within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 7 days of confirming your request.
Please include one of the following so we can verify it is your account.
- The UID shown in the app's Settings screen (long-press to copy)
- The Google or Apple email address you used to link your account
What is deleted
- Your account (the anonymous account and any link to Google / Apple)
- Cards, koban, magatama and jutsu levels you hold
- Records (wins/losses, rank score, level, checkpoint progress) and your ranking entry
Deletion cannot be undone. You cannot resume with the same account and must start over.
What is not deleted
- Settings stored on your device (volume, vibration, etc.). They are removed when you delete the app
- Records we are required by law to keep. These are retained only for the statutory period (up to 7 years) and then erased
- Aggregated statistics that cannot identify individuals
